All orders placed before the 15th of each month are included in that month’s mailing. Orders placed after the 15th will receive their first letter in the following month’s mailing.

Letters From Sophia is shipped via standard postage which means individual letters do not include tracking. This allows me to keep shipping free for everyone and ensure every envelope can be sent with the same care and flexibility as a real piece of mail.

Mail is sent on the 15th of each month and typically arrives:

• 3-5 business days within the U.S.

• 5-7 business days internationally

Yes - subscriptions can paused at any time. If you ever need to skip a month, just email thelettersfromsophia@gmail.com‍ ‍and I'll pause your subscription for that month.

You can cancel anytime - these letters are here to meet you where you are and sometimes things change.

To cancel, scroll to the bottom of your original order confirmation email and click “unsubscribe”. You can also email thelettersfromsophia@gmail.com and I can cancel it for you.
